This policy describes what information Ruiz Parking collects, how we use it, and your rights. We keep it short and plain.

Who We Are

Ruiz Parking operates a secure monthly truck parking facility at 4535 Brass Way, Dallas, TX 75236. You can reach us at (214) 649-9419.

Information We Collect

  • Account infoname, email, phone number, and password you provide during sign-up.
  • Truck infotruck type, license plate, and any details you enter about your vehicles.
  • Payment infobilling address and card details, processed and stored by Stripe. We never see or store full card numbers.
  • Gate activitytimestamped records of when you use the gate, along with camera snapshots captured at the moment of entry.
  • SMS consent and delivery statuswhether you opted in or out of SMS, when consent was collected, and whether messages were delivered or failed.

How We Use It

We use your information only to operate the parking service: authenticating you at the gate, billing you on a monthly cycle, sending gate access codes and billing reminders to opted-in SMS customers, keeping a gate log for security, and letting you manage your account. If you do not want SMS, we can support your account by phone. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

We rely on a small number of trusted vendors to run the service. Each handles a narrow slice of your data:

We do not share your data with third parties for marketing or advertising. Mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data, and text messaging consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. The above excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties except service providers that help us deliver Ruiz Parking messages. We may disclose information if legally required or to protect the safety of our customers or facility.

How Long We Keep It

We keep account information for as long as your account is active. Gate logs and camera snapshots are retained for up to 90 days for security purposes, then deleted. Billing records are retained for as long as required by tax and accounting regulations, typically 7 years.

Your Rights

You can view and edit most of your account information by signing in. To request a copy of your data, correct something we have wrong, or delete your account, contact us at (214) 649-9419. If you are a Texas resident, you have additional rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act; we will honor those requests within 45 days.

SMS Notifications

Details about our SMS program, including opt-in and opt-out instructions, are on our SMS Policy page. Mobile information, SMS opt-in data, and text messaging consent are used only for Ruiz Parking service messages and are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Cookies

We use only the cookies required to keep you signed in and to remember your language preference. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.

Changes

If we update this policy, we will update the Last updated date at the top. For material changes, we will also notify you by email or, if you have opted in, SMS before they take effect.
